Returns & Order CancellationOrder Cancellation and Changes
By clicking the "Complete Order" button at checkout, your order is considered confirmed and completed.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product. Please contact us through our Contact Form.
Please note that cancellation or return requests may not be accepted depending on the condition of the product or the circumstances of the order. Please review the Return Conditions below for details.
  • Return shipping costs for returns or exchanges requested by the customer are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Orders may be canceled before shipment. In such cases, the full product price and shipping fee will be refunded.
Return Procedure

  2. Return the item in the same condition as it was received.
  3. You may use any shipping carrier of your choice; however, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Conditions
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
  • Returned items must be shipped within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Items that have been tried on may be returned; however, products showing excessive wear, damage, stains, scratches, or other signs of use will not be accepted.
  • Returns cannot be accepted if the item has been damaged after delivery, including chipped or missing stones.
  • Returns cannot be accepted if the condition of the product, packaging, or accessories differs substantially from the condition in which it was originally delivered.
  • Please return all original packaging, certificates, warranty cards, and accessories together with the product.
  • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit and mark the parcel as "Fragile" where possible.
