The stones are natural diamonds that retain the character of the rough crystal, including their inclusions. Q. ダイヤモンドが外れたり落ちたりすることはありますか？
A.簡単にとれることはございませんのでご安心ください。
ダイヤモンドの両脇と裏面から地金（ゴールド）でしっかりと固定する、強度の高いセッティングを施しています。接着剤などは使用せず、職人が一つひとつのダイヤモンドの形や厚みに合わせて専用の枠を手作業で仕立てています。
万が一、強い衝撃等で枠が破損したり石が外れてしまった場合でも、お修理や石留め直しを承ります。石を紛失された場合でも、似た雰囲気のナチュラルダイヤモンドをご提案し、お仕立て直しが可能ですのでお気軽にご相談ください。
Q. 色や模様が入っていますが、本当に天然のダイヤモンドでしょうか？
A.はい、すべて天然のダイヤモンドです。
一般的にイメージされる「無色透明で輝くダイヤモンド」は、採掘される全体のほんの約1~2パーセント以下に過ぎません。janukaで採用しているナチュラルダイヤモンドは、地球の奥深くで形成される過程で取り込まれた鉱物（インクルージョン）や結晶構造の違いによって、ブラウン、グレー、イエローなどの独自のカラーや幻想的な模様（柄）が生まれます。
日本ではまだ珍しい表現ですが、欧米をはじめ世界中のジュエリーシーンでその個性が高く評価されています。一つとして同じものが存在しない天然石のような表情は、まさに「お手本から少しずれた」janukaのコンセプトを象徴するラインナップです。人とは被らない、自分だけの1点ものとしてお楽しみいただけます。
Q. 画像と実物で色味や模様の印象が変わることはありますか？実物を確認することはできますか？
A.ナチュラルダイヤモンドは光の当たり方や角度によって微妙にニュアンスが変化するため、できる限り実物の表情が伝わるよう丁寧に撮影を行っております。

Q. 自宅でのお手入れ方法を教えてください。
A.ご使用後は、眼鏡拭きなどの柔らかい布で皮脂や汗を拭き取ってください。
表面の曇りが気になってきた場合は、ぬるま湯に少量の中性洗剤（食器用洗剤など）を混ぜて泡立て、柔らかい使い古しの歯ブラシ等で優しく洗っていただくことで、ダイヤモンド本来の瑞々しい輝きを取り戻せます。（洗った後は水でしっかりすすぎ、水分を拭き取ってください）
Q. Can scratches or deformation of the metal be repaired?
A.Yes. We offer both maintenance and repair services.
Our craftspeople can polish out minor scratches, correct deformation, and provide other appropriate maintenance depending on the condition of your jewelry.
Please feel free to bring your piece to our flagship store or send it to us for assessment and repair.
Q. Can I see and try on the pieces in person? Can I also purchase from outside Japan?
A.Yes. You can view and try on pieces from our online store at our flagship store in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo.
We also offer international shipping via DHL. International orders are subject to a shipping fee of ¥7,000 in addition to the product price. Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
