A.基本的には、入浴や就寝、運動時には外していただくことをおすすめしております。
SPOTシリーズは地金の枠の中に石が奥まって留まっている構造のため、ぶつけた際の衝撃には強い安心感がございますが、石の種類によっては水や摩擦に弱いものもございます。
・ダイヤモンドの場合： 高硬度かつK10イエローゴールドのお作りのため比較的水濡れ等にも強いですが、変形や紛失を防ぐためご自身の責任・管理のもとでお取り扱いください。
・エメラルドの場合： 水分や衝撃に非常に弱いため、つけっぱなしや手洗い・入浴時の着用は厳禁です。
・温泉について： 変色や破損の原因となりますので、どの宝石・地金であっても温泉での着用は絶対にお控えください。
Q. 日常のお手入れや、隙間に汚れが溜まった時の掃除方法を教えてください。
A.ご使用後は、眼鏡拭きなどの柔らかい布で優しく拭き取ってから保管してください。
石の裏側の隙間に汚れが溜まって輝きが曇ってきた場合は、ご自宅で以下のセルフケアが可能です。

・ぬるま湯に少量の中性洗剤（食器用洗剤など）を混ぜて泡立てます。
・毛先の柔らかい使い古しの歯ブラシ等で、石の裏側や隙間を優しくゴシゴシと洗ってください。
・水でしっかりと洗剤を洗い流し、最後に水気を完全に拭き取ってよく乾燥させてください。
⚠️ 注意：エメラルドにはこの洗剤洗い・水洗いは絶対に行わないでください。 破損や変色の原因となります。ご自宅でのお手入れが不安な場合は、直営店にお持ち込みいただくかご郵送いただければ、当店にてクリーニング・メンテナンスを承ります。

A.はい、とても重ね付けしやすいデザインです。SPOTシリーズは小ぶりでプレーンなフォルムのため、一粒ジュエリーのようにシンプルに着けるのはもちろん、他の地金リングやチェーンネックレス、spotシリーズ同士を複数重ねて楽しむコーディネートもおすすめです。
Q. Can scratches or deformation of the metal be repaired?
A.Yes. We offer both maintenance and repair services.
Our craftspeople can polish out minor scratches, correct deformation, and provide other appropriate maintenance depending on the condition of your jewelry.
Please feel free to bring your piece to our flagship store or send it to us for assessment and repair.
Q. Can I see and try on the pieces in person? Can I also purchase from outside Japan?
A.Yes. You can view and try on pieces from our online store at our flagship store in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo.
We also offer international shipping via DHL. International orders are subject to a shipping fee of ¥7,000 in addition to the product price. Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
