At approximately 14–15 mm across the two pearls, the L size has clear visual volume on the ear. Rather than blending in quietly, it is designed for those who want to make pearl earrings a focal point of the styling. Worn horizontally, the two pearls form a distinctive, ribbon-like silhouette; worn vertically, the elongated line becomes more pronounced and gives a cleaner impression.

Details
The twin Akoya pearls used for the L size are a rare scale that has become difficult to source today. Twin pearls measuring approximately 14–15 mm are produced in very limited quantities, so each piece is selected individually from a restricted supply that includes deadstock.
Across the TWIN series, we value not only the fact that a pearl is a twin but also its quality as an Akoya pearl. Through relationships with pearl suppliers in Ise-Shima that began when januka designed the lapel pins for the Ise-Shima Summit, we select the most lustrous examples possible from among many twins. The body is K10 yellow gold and the earring post is K18 yellow gold.
