A.All of our bridal ring samples are available to view and try on at our flagship store in Omotesando, Tokyo. You are very welcome to visit simply to explore the collection and try on different designs before making any decisions.

For a more relaxed experience, we recommend making an appointment, which allows approximately one hour for a personal consultation.

You can also see our bridal rings at POP-UP STORE events held at department stores throughout Japan several times a year. Please check our Instagram and official LINE account for upcoming event information.

A.Yes. We accept orders from customers outside Japan.

Please contact us by email or LINE with the ring or design you are interested in, and we will assist you individually with your order and provide the necessary information.
International orders are shipped via DHL.

A.Many of our customers visit around three different brands before making their decision, comparing factors such as comfort, design, and how the rings feel when worn. We encourage you to explore different brands and take your time finding the rings that feel right for you.

While platinum is traditionally the most common choice for bridal rings in Japan, januka offers a wider range of possibilities. In addition to choosing the width, finish, and combination of stones, you can select from four different colors of K18 gold. Each has a subtle tone that complements the skin in a different way, allowing you to find a color and nuance that feels uniquely your own.

januka bridal rings are particularly suited to couples who want something that does not feel overly traditional or distinctly “bridal,” but instead reflects their own personality and sense of playfulness—especially those drawn to designs that step slightly away from the standard.

A.Casting and forging are two different methods of making a ring, each with its own characteristics.

Casting:
Molten metal is poured into a mold to create the ring. This technique is well suited to delicate, intricate designs and softly curved forms, offering greater freedom in shape and detail.

Forging:
The metal is shaped by applying pressure and working it repeatedly, increasing its density as the ring is formed. This results in a highly durable ring that is particularly resistant to deformation.

The choice between the two methods depends on whether you place greater importance on design flexibility or durability for everyday wear.

A.es. Complimentary engraving is available on the inside of your ring.

You can choose from three standard fonts, and symbols can also be included. If you would like something more personal, we can also create an engraving from artwork or handwritten lettering provided as digital data.

The number of characters that can be engraved depends on the ring size, but approximately 20–40 characters can generally be accommodated.

A.As each ring is individually made by our craftspeople after your order is confirmed, the standard production time is approximately two months.

If you need your rings sooner for a pre-wedding photoshoot, wedding ceremony, marriage registration date, or another special occasion, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule whenever possible.

A.Yes. Ring resizing is available after purchase.

Your first resizing is complimentary. A fee will apply from the second resizing onward, with the cost depending on how many sizes the ring needs to be adjusted. Please contact us for details.

Resizing generally takes approximately four to six weeks from the time we receive your ring until it is returned to you.

A.Yes. Routine maintenance—including restoring matte finishes, polishing out minor scratches, and cleaning your rings before your wedding—is complimentary and available as often as needed.

Maintenance generally takes approximately two weeks from the time we receive your ring until it is returned to you. Please feel free to use this service before anniversaries, weddings, or other special occasions to keep your ring looking its best.

A.Yes. Diamonds, birthstones, and other gemstones can be added to your ring.

Simply let us know which stone you would like, and we will source a stone in a size suitable for the width and design of your chosen ring.

The setting fee is a flat rate of ¥6,600 (including tax), regardless of the type of gemstone. Please feel free to contact us to discuss the available options.

A.Yes. We offer repair services for rings that have been damaged or deformed during wear.

Please contact us via our official LINE account or email first, then either bring your ring to our flagship store or send it to us by mail. Repairs are generally provided free of charge.

In cases of significant damage beyond what would be expected from normal wear, a repair fee may apply. We will inspect the condition of your ring and provide details before proceeding.

A.As our bridal rings are made to order, full payment is required when your order is confirmed.

At our flagship store, we accept major credit cards, electronic payments, and cash. For customers ordering remotely, payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
