Q. ジュエリーをつけたまま生活（就寝・入浴・運動など）できますか？
A.基本的には、お風呂や就寝時、運動時などは外していただくことをおすすめしております。
激しい運動時にチェーンが引っかかって切れてしまったり、強い衝撃でリングの地金が変形するリスクを防ぐためです。
